A chance seedling of an open pollinated Devonshire Quarrenden in Worcester, England, and first brought to market in 1874, this apple is known for its extremely high sweetness, noticeable strawberry flavour, and crisp texture that helps the Worcester Pearmain keep for up to two months in storage.
