Created in Dwellingup, Western Australia, by pollinating the classic Granny Smith, with the well regarded Jonathon apple.

Described as sweeter, and slightly less tart, it still retains the crisp texture and long storage life common to Granny Smith descendants.

NOTE: I have yet to try this apple directly, having only grafted it in 2021, and so have relied on others for information related to this variety.
